Overview
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for maintaining and improving spaces? We are actively seeking a highly motivated professional Handyman for the maintenance of about 50 Duplexes located in Rincon, GA.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a neat and clean appearance and a professional demeanor, and a good working knowledge of all trades—from carpentry, masonry, concrete, tiling, painting, and drywalling to light plumbing and electrical.

Duties

• Perform routine repairs including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance to uphold safety standards and aesthetic appeal.
• Maintain the apartment buildings appearance
• Inspect homes when tenants vacate the property
• Renovate vacated homes to make them rentable
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly to minimize downtime and inconvenience.
• Install fixtures, appliances, or equipment as required, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance.
• Maintain organized records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference.
• Collaborate with team members or contractors on larger projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to urgent repair requests to resolve issues efficiently and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles with a broad skill set across multiple trades.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and basic appliance repair.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics to execute repairs accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward identifying issues before they escalate.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces safely.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on work progress clearly.
• Valid ID and Drivers License required.

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
