Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and commercial work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, every day may be different. You will be the all around handyman. We are looking for someone extremely trusting and reliable with a can do attitude!

You are hard-working, team player, can take orders and take criticism. Looking for someone who is wanting to learn and grow with every task they are given.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, use, operate, and/or test machinery or equipment
• Heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
• Uses a variety of tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices
• Gather, compact and dump trash from property
• Landscaping/Gardening work

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry, general contracting and construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
