The Role
We're a growing residential property management company with a portfolio of buildings across Downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. We're looking for a skilled, reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on role with real scope. You'll be across plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor electrical, pest control, and everything in between. You'll work directly under our Building Superintendent across multiple sites, and you'll play a central role in turning over apartments during our busy leasing season. If you take pride in your work, move at pace, and know how to handle yourself in a residential building, this is a role you can grow in.
