About This Role
This role is for a skilled hairdresser in Solna who specializes in men's cutting and coloring. It offers an opportunity to apply creativity and provide excellent customer service within a busy salon, fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Consult with male clients to understand their style and grooming needs
- Cut, trim, and style hair using scissors, clippers, and razors
- Perform hair coloring, toning, and touch-ups tailored to each client
- Maintain hygiene, follow salon safety protocols, and ensure client comfort
- Keep tools and workstations clean and well-maintained
- Recommend haircare products and aftercare routines
- Coordinate with reception to manage bookings and client flow
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional and supportive salon atmosphere
Requirements
- 4–5 years of professional experience as a hairdresser, with strong skills in men's cutting and coloring
- Vocational training or certificate in hairdressing
- Right to work in Sweden
- Fluent in Swedish and good English communication skills
- Friendly and client-focused
- Ability to work the salon schedule (09:00–17:00, six days per week) and flexibility when needed
