Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, coloring services, and styling for clients of different ages, backgrounds, hair types, and preferences
- Conduct thoughtful consultations and communicate clearly about expectations, suitability, maintenance, and results
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional workstation throughout every shift
- Follow all applicable hygiene, disinfection, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements
- Clean and disinfect tools, equipment, chairs, and work surfaces between clients as required
- Support colleagues, contribute to smooth daily operations, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the salon
- Manage appointments and service times professionally without sacrificing quality or client care
- Respect salon policies, colleagues, clients, and the professional reputation of the business
- Remain open to constructive feedback, ongoing education, and opportunities to improve
- Help create an environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and confident returning
