Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences and features
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, products, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction
- Perform specialized services such as barbering, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to diversify your offerings
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client experience and salon revenue
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and best practices to foster a collaborative environment
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styling skills
- Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for those interested in leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in customer service with the ability to handle diverse client needs professionally
- Skills in eyelash extensions and makeup application are highly desirable but can be developed on the job
- Prior experience in upselling products or services to enhance client satisfaction and salon profitability is advantageous
- Ability to mentor others while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
