THE JOB:
As a Hair Stylist, you play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. Your warm, approachable personality and commitment to exceptional service help guests feel confident and cared for from the moment they sit in your chair. Working alongside your team, you'll ensure each visit runs smoothly while keeping your station guest ready. Every interaction you have helps shape the relaxing, high-quality experience our Spa & Salon is known for.
THE STARTING RATE: Commission-based, plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
- Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Provide services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical services with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocol
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products and be informed of the latest trends and techniques
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 1+ years of hair stylist experience
- Must currently hold a Nevada issued Cosmetology License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
