Gymnastics Coach

About This Role

This role involves introducing children to education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. The coach will teach classes based on a proven curriculum and teaching method, while also providing outstanding customer service and membership experience. It suits an active individual who enjoys working with children and fostering their development.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week

Requirements

• Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps
• Live to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates
• Love to have fun, but know when to buckle down and do work
