The Gym Manager will be responsible for driving business performance, developing the "Club of the future," and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ensure all operations comply with legal requirements, brand standards, and statutory requirements
Deliver an exceptional énergie experience for existing and potential customers
Work closely with club owners and the énergie team to develop and achieve business plan targets
Efficiently manage daily operations to ensure the club is clean and meets brand expectations
Initiate sales and marketing activities to drive membership and increase revenue streams
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a safe and fun environment
Ensure facilities and services are fun, high quality, safe, and conform to énergie brand standards
Ensure customers have access to facilities and services that allow them to develop their fitness
Maintain all equipment and mechanical plant in a clean and safe condition, calling contractors if necessary
Regularly review business performance and take action to keep the business on track
Fully utilize business systems and processes to attract new members and maximize performance
Maintain effective working relationships with businesses, the press, and the local community while monitoring competitors
Ensure all operations comply with legal requirements and strictly adhere to énergie operating procedures
Be committed to the Health and Safety Policy and aware of responsibility for key priorities
Create a winning culture with an energized atmosphere and build respectful, fun relationships with customers
Constantly motivate the team, keep spirits high, and help them achieve great things
Take full responsibility for all aspects of daily line management of direct reports

Ensure all direct reports understand their core roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities
Provide clear direction, support, and communication to direct reports, with regular feedback
Ensure all new staff are adequately inducted and their probationary period is properly managed, reviewed, and concluded
Ensure all staff are provided with the resources, training, and development needed to perform their job to the highest standard
Actively manage staff performance to ensure individuals meet minimum job requirements and continually improve
Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others
