Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy health club is the core of this role, which suits a dynamic, passionate, and motivated individual with a proven track record in the fitness industry. The manager will drive growth and development for a state-of-the-art health club.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through local community and corporate outreach
- Manage marketing to drive membership growth
- Manage Personal Trainers
- Maintain gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, health and safety, etc.)
- Handle administration
- Manage social media and club reporting
Requirements
- Extensive sales and management experience
- Level 2 Gym Instructor Certification (required)
- First Aid Certificate
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven ability to hit targets
- Tertiary qualifications in health, business, or commerce or strong business acumen will be highly regarded
