About This Role
The Gym Manager is primarily responsible for the overall performance of the unit, connecting people, operations, customer experience, and results to ensure excellence in the Acto standard. This role suits a dynamic and proactive individual with exceptional customer relationship skills, a strong commercial focus, and good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the unit comprehensively, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Acto standards.
- Lead and develop the team, monitoring performance, behavior, schedules, productivity, and development needs.
- Ensure excellence in customer experience by resolving conflicts, handling complaints, and focusing on satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Monitor and drive commercial results by tracking acquisition, conversion, sales, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Track unit indicators, identifying deviations, implementing action plans, and monitoring results.
- Ensure standardization of Acto methodology, processes, norms, and procedures across all sectors of the unit.
- Ensure the organization, conservation, and safety of the unit, including structure, equipment, environments, and documentation.
- Solve operational and commercial problems proactively and propose continuous improvements.
- Integrate the areas of the unit, connecting operations, customer service, sales, fitness, and support to achieve overall performance.
- Represent Acto's leadership within the unit, strengthening the culture, service standards, and team ownership.
