Responsibilities
- Supervise daily gym operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery for all members and guests
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to uphold high standards of customer service, safety, and cleanliness
- Coordinate events management such as fitness classes, wellness workshops, and community activities to enhance member engagement
- Oversee guest services by addressing member inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a positive atmosphere
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately during membership sign-ups, payments, and retail sales
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a welcoming resort-like environment
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting upcoming events and membership offers to maximize participation
Skills
- Proven management experience within the hospitality or fitness industry with strong leadership capabilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in events management to organize classes, tournaments, or community programs effectively
- Strong communication skills for team coordination and guest interactions
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of resort-style amenities and guest services to elevate the member experience
- Passion for promoting health, wellness, and an active lifestyle in a lively environment
Pay: $3,000.00 per month
