Gym Attendant Manager

About This Role

Managing the health clubs and ensuring they are exceptionally clean and organized is the core of this role. The Gym Attendant Manager will also assist members and prospective members with sales and general inquiries, performing a variety of tasks beyond typical front desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility with top-notch cleaning and organizational skills
• Provide exceptional customer service at the club, handling prospective members, members' needs, and security
• Manage emails and daily ongoing marketing and communications
• Conduct sales of memberships and personal training (ideal for those certified in training)
• Perform clerical office work, including CRM database management, filing, and payment tracking/billing

Requirements

• Must have your own reliable car
• Must be willing to work at multiple locations
• Must be willing to work a variety of tasks (not a "front desk job")
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work beyond the summer months (not a "summer job")
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
