Job Descriptions

• Provide private tutoring sessions tailored to students’ academic needs and learning objectives.
• Assist students in understanding subject materials, completing school assignments, and preparing for examinations through structured and effective learning support.
• Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student's academic level, learning style, and progress.
• Prepare teaching materials, practice exercises, and assessments to support students’ academic achievement.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Maintain effective communication with students and parents regarding academic progress, learning challenges, and strategies for improvement.
• Commit to the agreed teaching schedule and maintain professionalism throughout the learning process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Final-year students with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in private tutoring, tutoring centers, or other teaching-related activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong subject matter knowledge relevant to the grade level being taught, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
• Willing to teach on-site (preferred)
• Experience in preparing students for school examinations, mid-term and final exams, Olympiads, UTBK, independent university entrance examinations, or other academic assessments is preferred.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods, with the ability to utilize various learning resources and educational technologies to enhance student understanding.
• Strong commitment to supporting students' academic growth and helping them achieve their learning goals.
