Responsibilities
Propose cars to customers, considering their lifestyle, usage, and future plans to ensure the best car life
Utilize in-house training and IDOM's unique sales system
Receive requests for purchase appraisals via phone or website
Visit customers or have them visit the store for appraisal
Check car conditions according to defined criteria
Communicate appraisal amounts to customers
Contribute to organizational development and talent nurturing
Requirements
Sales or retail experience (any length)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license (AT limited allowed)
Nice to have:
Experience in used car sales, car dealerships, or imported car dealerships
