About This Role

This Sales Manager role, with a guaranteed promotion to store manager, involves leveraging sales and retail experience to oversee store operations and team development, while actively participating in sales negotiations and revenue generation. It is a key position focused on maximizing overall store performance, suitable for someone with a strong background in frontline sales and a desire to lead and improve organizational processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute store business strategies
• Manage sales, customers, and selling, general, and administrative expenses
• Support sales negotiations and maximize revenue through sales assistance
• Handle customer visits and promotional activities
• Manage and develop staff
• Manage KPIs, implement business improvements, and oversee overall store operations

Requirements

• Ordinary driver's license (manual transmission)
• Sales experience or more than 3 years of retail experience
• High performance record or awards (e.g., top performer, internal awards)
• More than 3 years of management experience with 3 or more staff, or experience in a store manager position or higher
• Willingness to relocate nationwide

Nice to have:

• Experience in the used car sales industry, new car dealerships, car dealerships, imported car dealerships, Toyota dealerships, etc. (industry newcomers are welcome, but experience in the same industry is preferred)
