What You'll Do As a Guest Sales Associate , you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin— making a lasting impact every day. What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts

- Ability to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 25 lbs., and reach items stored at various heights
