About the role
A global digital product studio is looking for a Principal, Growth to help drive new business and expand its portfolio of enterprise clients. This is an opportunity to join an employee-owned, mission-driven organization that partners with leading brands to design and build innovative digital products and experiences.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, leading early-stage business development conversations, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities. You'll work closely with executive leadership, client partners, and marketing teams to shape growth strategies, qualify opportunities, and support proposals that turn into long-term partnerships.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 10+ years of business development, growth, client services, or consulting experience within a product design, technology, digital agency, or professional services environment
- A proven track record of generating new business and managing enterprise client relationships
- Experience selling digital product design, UX, technology consulting, or digital transformation services
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM platforms
- The ability to engage senior executives and navigate complex organizations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams
