The company has rapidly grown to 20 people and manages over $1B in software spend without taking any external funding.
Job Description As the first Growth Marketing Lead at Wyn Procurement Limited, you will build a demand generation engine from the ground up. Reporting to the co-founders, you will manage a Marketing Manager and execute hands-on paid campaigns and ABM strategies to drive enterprise pipeline for a company already managing $1B+ in spend.

What You Will Do
- Build and scale paid advertising programs across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive qualified B2B inbound leads.
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns specifically targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
- Identify and manage strategic industry event sponsorships and appearances while maintaining strict budget control.
The ideal candidate
- 3-7 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of executing paid ads and demand gen.
- Experience as an early marketing hire in a startup scaling from 10 to 100 employees.
- Strong background in building processes and toolkits from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
