Growth Manager

About This Role

This cross-functional role involves finding, testing, and launching new products, working at the intersection of product, marketing, analytics, and business. You will explore existing business ideas and seek new opportunities, conducting research, proposing and testing solutions, and taking responsibility for the results. This position is for a strong, hands-on specialist ready to independently delve into new areas and drive projects from idea to a working product, with the ultimate goal of launching a successful product, building a team around it, and eventually leading its scaling.

Responsibilities

• Research markets, competitors, and user needs, working with existing ideas and finding new product opportunities
• Formulate, prioritize, and test product and marketing hypotheses
• Hands-on create prototypes and MVPs, actively using AI and available Universe resources
• Launch initial marketing tests, verify demand, and seek effective user acquisition channels
• Analyze key metrics and unit economics, determining which hypotheses to close, change, or scale
• Ensure compliance with internal standards at all stages of product testing, launch, and development
• Take full ownership of the project: independently drive it forward, make decisions, and timely identify and eliminate blockers
• Be responsible for the speed and quality of launch, achieving agreed business metrics, and efficient resource utilization
• After confirming product potential, form a team and prepare it for scaling

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in digital B2C products in roles such as Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper Intermediate) level or higher
• Driven by launching new products from scratch and eager to go through the entire journey from idea validation to a successful product
• Able to research markets, competitors, and user needs, and to formulate, prioritize, and test hypotheses
• Understand product and marketing metrics, able to calculate unit economics and build basic financial models, evaluating ideas primarily from a business perspective rather than just concept
• Understand how a product works end-to-end: creative → funnel → product → monetization → retention
• Understand legal and compliance requirements for subscription models and performance marketing in regulated markets, and able to account for them during product launch and development
• Experience independently creating prototypes, landing pages, or MVPs and ready to work hands-on, not just formulate strategy, manage processes, or assign tasks to others
• AI-native specialist: uses AI for research, analytics, marketing, product work, prototyping, and automation, builds full AI-workflows, and critically evaluates result quality
• Able to deeply immerse in context, think critically and structurally, learn quickly, and make decisions under uncertainty
• Takes full ownership of results, proactively and persistently drives work forward, does not divide tasks into "mine" and "not mine", reasonably defends their position, and is open to direct feedback
• Can clearly explain contributions to previous projects and confirm them with measurable results

• Experience with B2C mobile apps or SaaS products

• Knowledge of SQL and product analytics systems
