About This Role
The Growth Manager plays a crucial role in driving the expansion of SOVA, a company dedicated to revolutionizing women's health. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about growth and eager to explore new acquisition channels while working closely with the founders and a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints (website, landing pages, funnels)
- Run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and implement data-driven improvements to drive online revenue
- Pilot external SEO & CRM providers and ensure maximum ROI from each channel
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships, community, affiliates...)
- Monitor key KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate — and act fast
- Build scalable, repeatable growth processes that work beyond you
- Build, manage, and challenge the marketing team — lead by example
- Co-define SOVA's growth strategy with Eva and translate it into concrete actions
- Bring bold ideas, test relentlessly, and never be satisfied with the status quo
Requirements
- Strong entrepreneurial DNA - you've built something, launched something, or have always wanted to
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a high-growth startup environment
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact - not just "nice-to-have" metrics
- Comfortable with CRO, CRM, SEO, and paid acquisition
- Structured, resourceful, and hungry for success: you don't need to be told twice
- Very good level of English and French is mandatory
