Growth Manager

About This Role

This Growth Manager role sits between Marketing and Sales, combining prospect research, outbound sales, demand generation, discovery, and growth experimentation. You will identify high-intent accounts, create personalized outreach, speak with US healthcare decision-makers, run discovery and demos, and bring market insights back to the Marketing and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline through signal-based outreach
• Research and prioritize US healthcare accounts showing relevant buying signals
• Build and execute multi-touch campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and compliant SMS
• Create personalized ABM campaigns for health systems, multi-location clinics, specialty groups, and pharma accounts
• Identify and engage stakeholders across patient access, contact center, digital, marketing, CX, and operations
• Own cold calling and discovery
• Make 20–30 meaningful calls per day to healthcare decision-makers
• Engage clinic owners, practice managers, patient access leaders, contact center directors, and pharma patient-support teams
• Navigate gatekeepers and earn conversations with decision-makers
• Lead with relevant, personalized openings rather than scripted pitches
• Uncover pain around missed calls, after-hours enquiries, front-desk overload, and appointment leakage
• Handle objections and move conversations toward a meaningful next step
• Convert inbound interest into opportunities
• Quickly follow up with demo requests, webinar attendees, content downloaders, event contacts, and other marketing-qualified leads
• Qualify prospects using BANT, MEDDIC-lite, or similar frameworks
• Conduct discovery, requirement gathering, and initial product demos
• Re-engage stalled and closed-lost opportunities with new messaging and relevant use cases
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene
• Run GTM and growth experiments
• Identify segments, personas, triggers, and pain points worth pursuing
• Create campaign briefs covering messaging, call openers, email angles, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up sequences
• Partner with Marketing in India to launch campaigns and weekly outreach blitzes
• Experiment with tools, healthcare audits, benchmark reports, webinars, content, and community-led initiatives
• Track results and turn successful experiments into repeatable GTM programs
• Bring the US market back to Conversive
• Capture prospect objections, competitor mentions, buying triggers, and use-case requests in the CRM
• Identify recurring patterns across customer conversations
• Share regular market insights with Marketing and Product teams
