Growth Designer (Design + Webflow Build)

About This Role

This role is for a Growth Designer who will be responsible for both the design and build of digital assets, focusing on creating compelling first impressions for potential users. The position involves working at a fast pace, iterating on designs based on performance data, and maintaining a consistent brand visual language across different funnels.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ads, landing pages, and motion graphics without a handoff gap
• Build pages using Webflow
• Maintain a consistent visual language across two funnels: companies needing to hire and the talent they hire
• Flex between different audiences and tones while maintaining the Qureos brand
• Ship designs at growth speed, focusing on testing, iteration, and scaling or killing based on performance data
• Work directly with growth, marketing teams, and founders

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of designing experience (8+ years is a plus)
• Shipped real work, not just a portfolio
• Built high-converting landing pages
• Made organic social creatives and creatives for paid ads, understanding the difference between them
• Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly
• Motion design in your toolkit
