Growth and CRO Specialist

Who We Are

GAJAN Group Holdings is a holding company with eleven businesses across commerce, software and services, with entities in Mohali and Toronto. Four e-commerce brands, two B2B SaaS products, an AI operations platform, an online travel agency, and more. The team is small. The work is real. Everyone here owns their function outright.

What This Job Is

One owner for one number: the conversion rate. Our brands sell into North America, our content engine produces at scale, and our tracking tells us where buyers drop off. What no one owns yet is why they drop and what we change. That is this seat. You map the customer journey for each brand, own landing page and product page conversion, run a permanent testing program, produce the ad creative that feeds the funnel, and report every week whether the conversion number moved and because of what. The Marketing Systems Specialist owns tracking and shows you where the funnel leaks. The web designer builds what you brief. You chair the weekly conversion review that connects all three. The handoff line is the first completed order: everything before it is your machine, everything after it (repeat purchase, retention, win-backs) belongs to the marketing systems function, with you supplying creative when briefed. This is a thinking role with production attached, not a production role with opinions attached.

What You Will Do

• Map the customer journey per brand: every step from first impression to completed purchase, documented, drop-off measured at each stage
• Own landing page and product page conversion: decide what each page must say and show, brief the designer, own whether it converts
• Run the testing program: at least one live A/B test at all times, each with a written hypothesis and a decided outcome
• Produce ad creative that feeds the funnel with our AI stack: hooks, angles, iterations, judged by CTR and CPA, not taste
• Own sales maximization through the journey: cart, checkout, upsell, recovery, with the systems specialist on tooling
• Report weekly in numbers: conversion rate, cost per acquisition, revenue per visitor, against last week, with the why

What We Are Looking For

• A funnel you personally mapped, a leak you found, a test you ran, and the number that moved: you will walk us through it
• CRO diagnosis order: given a page that does not convert, you check the highest-impact causes first and know what a bad finding looks like
• Creative judgment with numbers attached: your best ad has spend, CTR and CPA you can state from memory
• Fluency with AI production tools for images, copy and iteration speed
• Written clarity: hypotheses, briefs and weekly reports a founder reads in two minutes
• Honesty about what did not work: true numbers are the culture, and 'I do not know yet' is always an acceptable answer
