Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills both on the phone as well as in face to face interactions with customers
- Friendly phone voice
- 2 + years experience in customer service
- Career focused individual
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced business setting
- Proficient computer skills-familiar with all Microsoft office programs
- automotive background-not necessary
