About the role
This role involves close collaboration with all Group entities and partnership with the Swire Pacific cybersecurity team to drive long-term improvements in cybersecurity programs for the Group.
Responsibilities
- Develop, define, and establish the Group's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and management framework.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of advanced security measures and tailored security technologies/services to safeguard IT and OT assets from internal and external threats, including AI-related risks.
- Enhance standards for information security operations, enterprise risk management, and service level agreements to address IT security concerns effectively.
- Manage regulatory compliance requirements, including overseeing IT efforts related to litigations and investigations aligned with Group Security Policies.
- Balance real-world risk mitigation with business priorities such as speed, agility, flexibility, and performance.
- Ensure robust Cybersecurity Incident Management processes, including escalation protocols and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with Entities to strengthen overall cybersecurity posture by addressing needs across People, Processes & Technologies.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of combined experience in information security, security operations, program management, and project leadership within cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in leading initiatives such as enhancing cyber defense capabilities, adopting AI technologies, and implementing cloud security solutions.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or equivalent credentials.
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and ITIL practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of information security risk management principles and cybersecurity technologies.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
