Group Fitness Instructor

About This Role

Leading engaging, safe, and effective fitness classes is the core of this job for a Group Fitness Instructor, with a current need for Tai Chi instructors. The role offers the flexibility to design classes, bring creativity to programming, and help participants work toward their fitness goals in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and effective group fitness classes
• Demonstrate exercises and proper techniques
• Monitor participants and provide appropriate exercise modifications
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and positive class environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A current fitness certification appropriate to the class format being taught (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
