As Group Consolidation Controller (IFRS) , you will join our Group Finance team and play a key role in the preparation and coordination of consolidated financial reporting across the SD Worx Group. Working with colleagues across multiple countries, you will help ensure that financial information is accurate, compliant and delivered to the highest standards.
SD Worx is a fast-growing European HR & Payroll solutions provider with a strong international footprint and an ambitious growth strategy, including acquisitions across Europe. The Group prepares its consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards .
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process .
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS .
- Analyse financial information from international legal entities and ensure reporting consistency across the Group.
- Support external audit processes and statutory reporting requirements.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex IFRS matters.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and reporting quality.
- Contribute to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Support integration and reporting activities linked to acquisitions and international growth.
What you'll bring
- Strong expertise in IFRS , consolidation and financial reporting.
- Experience in Group Finance, Audit, Accounting or Controlling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with complex financial data in an international environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
- Professional fluency in English.
Location
The role can be filled either in Belgium on a 60% employment basis or in Mauritius as a full-time (100%) position. Please note that no travel between Belgium and Mauritius is foreseen as part of this job.
