Groundskeeper Do you pride yourself on a job well done? Do enjoy managing deadlines while maintaining high quality standards? If so, MAA is the place to start building your maintenance career in the multifamily housing industry.
The Groundskeeper maintains the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the MAA Community. Responsibilities also include maintaining the grounds and common areas of the property, landscaping, and general maintenance work.
Qualifications
- Groundskeeping, janitorial experience, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic landscaping and related tools (e.g., rake, shovel, power washer).
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate exposure to dust and dirt.
