Position requires a background.
- Physically walks the property and removes litter and debris from the grounds, parking lots and common areas.
- Check and replace exterior lighting as needed.
- Remove any furniture left outside.
- Clean pool area, pool filters, drains, dog park amenities where applicable.
- Attends and participates in in-service educational classes, on-the-job training programs, etc., as scheduled or directed.
- Keeps sidewalks clean from debris, pressure washing of buildings, sidewalks, fences, signs and structures.
- Follows all directives regarding appropriate PPE.
- Touch up paint on exterior building, fence, etc.
- Details property on a regular basis. Clean and rake shrub areas; shovel mud/dirt when necessary. Use leaf blower to keep all common parking areas and sidewalks clean clear of debris.
- Complete minor and routine service requests.
- Must be able to operate a floor machine and assist with floor techs as needed.
- Ensure all trash dumpster ground areas are free from debris.
- Must be able to operate a golf cart.
