About the Role
As a Greenhouse Worker, you will support daily tasks in the greenhouse and plant care under the supervision of experienced team members. You will perform a variety of technical and practical tasks, ensure accuracy while working with plants, and help maintain a safe and organized workplace. If necessary, you may also supervise temporary workers.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of tasks related to plant care, such as: sowing, watering, twisting plants, lowering plants, planting, leaf trimming, bunch vibration, harvesting, and seed collection
- Identifying and reporting diseases, pests, and deviations in plant quality
- Keeping the greenhouse and work areas clean and tidy
- Preparing and cleaning facilities before and after cultivation cycles
- Working accurately with a large number of plants and following all instructions and work orders
- Directing or supervising temporary workers when performing tasks, if necessary
- Using greenhouse tools and equipment
- Using computer systems for daily work registration
- Following safety rules and phytosanitary protocols and participating in mandatory safety meetings
Working days: Monday to Friday (day shift only)

What We Offer
- Gross salary: €16.63 per hour
- Travel cost reimbursement: €0.23 per km
- Overtime bonus: 140% above 38 hours per week
- 8.33% holiday allowance + 25 days of vacation per year
