Job Description
Our B2B real estate client is seeking a Graphic Designer for a parental leave coverage. This 3 month role will be on site 5 days per week in McLean, VA. The engagement is focused on updating property marketing materials across (primarily) print and (some) digital needs including brochures, sell sheets, presentations and social graphics.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly in Illustrator, and have experience creating polished marketing materials that incorporate maps, site plans, and aerial imagery ideally with design experience in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Update and design property marketing brochures featuring maps, site plans, and aerial visuals.
• Ensure all materials are accurate and aligned with location-specific requirements.
• Create compelling visual designs that effectively communicate key property and project information.
• Manage multiple deliverables while meeting project deadlines and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input, incorporate feedback, and execute revisions.
• Work onsite in a PC-based environment to support project collaboration and production needs.
• Partner with the B2B marketing team on marketing and branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience working on a PC platform.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
• Availability to work onsite 5 days per week in McLean, VA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Video editing or motion graphics experience.
• Commercial real estate industry experience.
• Photography experience.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
