Graphic Designer

About This Role

Designing compelling visual experiences that bring products and brand vision to life is the core of this role. You will join a Brand Experience Design team that thrives on storytelling, innovation, and creating premium brand experiences, collaborating with various design and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead graphic design activities for product launches and brand experience projects from concept development through to final execution
• Create engaging visual narratives that translate complex product features into clear, emotional, and premium brand communications
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Contribute to the evolution and development of the client's visual identity across digital and physical platforms
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively, driving ideas from ideation to execution
• Support the delivery of high-quality creative assets under demanding timelines and project requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' professional experience in graphic design, managing projects from concept through production
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium visual design, creativity, and storytelling capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Strong understanding of branding and creating coherent visual identities
• Experience working within fast-paced, cross-functional creative environments
• Solid knowledge of production methods, materials, and design execution constraints
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Self-driven, organised, and capable of working independently
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in diverse, international environments
• An excellent communicator able to inspire and influence others
• A creative problem solver with a structured and analytical mindset
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex design challenges
• Flexible and motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Culturally aware, with an understanding of both European and Asian business environments

Nice to have:

• Automotive industry experience or strong interest in mobility and future technologies
• Motion graphics and video editing skills
• Experience with visualization and modelling tools such as Blender, Unreal Engine, VRED, or similar
• Experience managing external agencies, studios, or freelance partners
• Understanding of photography, film production, and art direction
