Graphic Designer

About This Role

Designing clean, high-converting creatives for social media and ad campaigns, quickly and consistently, is the core of this role. You will collaborate closely with the performance marketing and video teams to ensure every creative aligns with its specific ad goal, beyond just brand consistency. This is a work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, and Google
• Create pitch decks and presentation designs for the agency
• Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms
• Follow each client's brand guidelines and build basic brand kits for new clients
• Make revisions quickly, within agreed timelines
• Coordinate with the performance marketing and video teams to ensure creatives match ad goals

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience designing for social media and ads (strong freshers with real portfolios may also apply)
• Strong command of Canva (Pro features), Photoshop, and Figma
• A good sense of layout, typography, color, and spacing
• Ability to design for ads (clear headline, offer, and call to action), not just aesthetically pleasing posts
• A portfolio of real work, either client or personal projects
• Good written communication in English and Hindi

Nice to have:

• Illustrator basics
• Basic motion graphics or animated posts (After Effects or Canva animation)
• Understanding of Meta ad specs and sizes
