Graphic Designer

About This Role

Working with established templates and brand guidelines, the Graphic Designer creates branded materials for the company's international events and business divisions. This role suits a detail-oriented designer with strong skills in digital layouts and the coordination of printed materials and event signage.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt branded graphics and marketing materials using established templates and brand guidelines
• Design website layouts, landing pages and digital assets
• Source and coordinate with external suppliers, including printers and signage providers, to obtain quotations, place orders and manage production
• Prepare and proof artwork for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role and a degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience in website layout design
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
• Must be able to travel globally if opportunity arises

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UX/UI design
• Experience coordinating with print suppliers and managing printed materials or signage
