Graphic Designer

About This Role

Graphic designers infuse the company's brand with dynamic vitality and creative excellence. This role involves designing and executing visual displays, marketing materials, and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute elevated visual displays for reception areas, consultation rooms, waiting lounges, product displays, and retail shelves
• Conceptualize and set up eye-catching window displays, seasonal campaign installations, and promotional setups aligned with marketing campaigns
• Maintain visual consistency across all physical touchpoints (signage, informational brochures, menu boards, price list, and product staging)
• Conduct regular visits to ensure all display elements, lighting, signage, and collateral remain immaculate, updated, and well-maintained
• Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and posters
• Create visually engaging digital graphics for Facebook, website banners, APPs, digital screens, and digital campaign ads
• Adhere strictly to brand identity guidelines across all media, ensuring colors, typography, imagery, and tone align with the clinic's positioning
• Design artwork for product packaging, shopping bags, promotional gifts, and uniform details

Requirements

• Diploma or above / University graduate with Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of working experience in graphic design or visual merchandising
• Creative, self-motivated, independent, and good communication skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, e.g., Photoshop / Illustrator
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
