The Digital Learning Hub is a service of the MENJE dedicated to the continuing education of adults in the fields of technology and digital. With over 750 specialized training courses, the Digital Learning Hub actively contributes to the development of digital skills in Luxembourg. Among its offerings are also 42 Luxembourg, an innovative coding school, as well as thematic Academies, offering certified pathways in strategic areas such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, or cybersecurity.
By joining the communication team, you will help strengthen the visual identity of the Digital Learning Hub by designing coherent, innovative graphic materials adapted to various communication channels, both printed and digital.
You will participate in the development of creative projects, the design of digital interfaces and content, as well as the implementation of visual solutions promoting clear, accessible, and engaging communication with various audiences.

Missions
- Ensure the development and updating of the graphic charter of the Digital Learning Hub, guaranteeing a modern, coherent visual identity that can be easily adapted across all communication materials;
- Develop and maintain the variations of the visual identities of different products while ensuring compliance with their specificities and target audiences;
- Ensure the coherence of the visual identity of the administration across all internal and external materials;
- Design and create printed and digital communication materials such as flyers and brochures, posters, press announcements, roll-ups, presentations, visuals for social media, materials for communication campaigns, etc.;
- Adapt graphic creations to different distribution channels while considering technical constraints;
- Ensure follow-up with printers and other external service providers for the production of communication materials;
- Collaborate with team members from the communication team, developers, and service providers to ensure a faithful integration of graphic creations;
- Conduct graphic and creative monitoring to evolve communication materials and maintain a current and attractive visual identity.
Profile
Technical Skills
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
- Good mastery of Figma for graphic design and collaboration with external service providers;
- Mastery of layout principles, typography, information hierarchy, and visual communication;
- Experience in creating and maintaining a graphic charter as well as developing a coherent visual identity system;
- Experience in creating materials for both print and digital;
- Good understanding of visual accessibility and readability principles;
- Proficiency in French, Luxembourgish, English, and German is essential for this position.

The position can be applied for under the status of a civil servant or state employee. It is open to the transfer of civil servants.

Degrees
You hold a degree or diploma awarded by a higher education institution recognized by the State of the institution's seat and certifying successful completion of a master's degree or its equivalent.
The required degree or diploma must correspond to at least level 7 as defined by the Luxembourg Qualifications Framework.
Experience
You have at least 3 years of experience in the field.
Languages
Applicable to employees and civil servants (excluding administrative changes): You meet the knowledge requirements of the 3 administrative languages for group A1. A waiver of two of the three administrative languages may be granted under certain conditions.
Nationality
You are a national of a Member State of the European Union.
