Responsibilities

• Write and submit grant applications and proposals
• Enter, update, and maintain donor, grant, and program data
• Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
• Track grant deadlines, reports, and application status
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks
• Work with team members to collect information for grant applications

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and email
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
