Your new role
As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will be exposed to the external recruitment world, and your responsibilities will include:
- Attracting New Candidates: Use your charm to build a strong talent pool. Interview candidates to find the perfect fit for various roles.
- Candidate Communication: Keep the conversation flowing with candidates to match them with the best opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build trust and ensure a smooth recruitment process by managing candidate relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience from any and all backgrounds. Here are the key qualities we value:
