Applicants must have completed a nursing program and obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to practice in Missouri. Key Duties
- Educate patients and families on managing health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care accordingly
- Participate in safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance activities
- Engage in ongoing professional development
