Seeking a Graduate Nurse Resident to provide patient care in the ICU area, utilizing the nursing process to evaluate and ensure effective care delivery. Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing patient-centered care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Assessing the effectiveness of care provided by direct care staff.
- Performing duties aligned with organizational values and standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
- Preferred one year of RN experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements throughout shifts.
