Role: Graduate Nurse Resident in ICU, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating with other departments.
Responsibilities: Provide effective patient care, evaluate care quality provided by others, and maintain professional accountability aligned with mission and standards.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, BLS certification, and preferred 1 year RN experience. Must meet physical demands including lifting, standing, and mobility tasks.
