Role Overview: A compassionate Graduate Nurse provides bedside care and support in a skilled nursing facility, assisting with resident needs and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities Include
- Performing assessments, administering medications within scope, and monitoring vital signs
- Documenting care and assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and communicating with families
- Helping implement personalized care plans
Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of nursing education and eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, compassionate nature, and teamwork skills
