About the role
Temporary Accounts Payable Executive | Government Sector | @ $15/hour
Location: Near Maxwell MRT
Contract: 8 Months
Salary: $15/hour (calculated at an hourly rate)
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Create and maintain vendor records.
- Process goods receipting and financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on AP-related enquiries.
- Prepare supporting documents and respond to AP and audit-related queries.
- Perform other relevant finance administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma educational background in Accounting.
- Basic understanding or interest in Accounts Payable / Finance operations.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented and able to process financial transactions accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
