Job Title: Goods not for resale (GNFR) Senior Manager
Duration: 12 months
Workload: 40 hrs/week
Location: Sunbury
This opportunity is focused on leading a GNFR assets transformation programme designed to bring together operating model, asset demand forecasting, scheduling, planning and utilisation data. The role offers the chance to deliver measurable cost savings across global third-party spend while supporting safe and reliable operations. This position will suit a technical procurement professional with strong programme management, transformation and change management expertise, alongside deep experience in asset and labour-based category management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a GNFR assets transformation programme that integrates operating model, asset demand forecasting, scheduling, planning and utilisation data.
- Drive significant cost savings across global third-party spend while maintaining safe and reliable business operations.
- Build and lead a structured transformation programme aligned to business-critical operational objectives.
- Apply strategic category management expertise across assets and labour-based spend areas.
- Use procurement analytics to support decision-making, programme delivery and spend transformation outcomes.
- Engage and influence stakeholders effectively across the business to support programme objectives.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly through strong storytelling and influencing skills.
- Maintain an execution-focused approach to deliver material results against the spend base transformed.
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep experience in strategic labour and asset-based categories.
- Strong supply chain management experience.
- Proven background in setting up and leading procurement transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated delivery of material results against transformed spend.
