About the role

As part of the Global HR organization, the Global PMO HR Controlling will support the delivery of key HR transformation initiatives related to workforce planning, HR budgeting, labor cost, HR reporting and data quality .

In this role, you will act as a central coordination point between HR, Finance, HRIS, Data and Transformation teams . You will translate business needs into structured project plans, requirements, dashboards and governance routines, while ensuring projects are delivered effectively and adopted by HR users.

You will work on international projects involving MYHR Compass, HR analytics, labor cost management and HR data quality , with a strong focus on improving the reliability, visibility and usability of HR information for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & HR Controlling Transformation

  • Lead and coordinate HR Controlling projects from requirements definition through implementation and adoption.
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, actions and decision logs.
  • Coordinate delivery across HR, Finance, HRIS, Data, Transformation teams and external partners.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, business rules, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare project status reports, governance materials and recommendations for HR leadership.

MYHR Compass & Workforce Planning

  • Act as the HR business coordination lead for MYHR Compass enhancements related to HR budgeting, workforce planning and reporting.
  • Define business rules, calculation principles and data requirements in collaboration with HR and Finance stakeholders.
  • Work with Workday Adaptive Planning developers to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Support the HR budget process and promote consistent use of MYHR Compass.
  • Develop and improve Budget vs Actual and workforce reporting.

HR Dashboards & Analytics

  • Lead HR dashboard projects from requirements gathering through testing, deployment and user adoption.
  • Develop and maintain HR reporting using tools such as Qlik, Excel, PowerPoint and, where relevant, Power BI .
  • Translate HR leadership and HR Business Partner needs into clear KPI and dashboard specifications.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify recurring HR reporting.
  • Support users through documentation, training and practical guidance.

Labor Cost & Data Quality

  • Coordinate HR contributions to labor cost and workforce data projects with HR, Finance, Data and Transformation stakeholders.
  • Define and validate data requirements, business rules and calculation logic.
  • Coordinate data quality initiatives across HR systems, reporting tools, payroll and planning solutions.
  • Identify data inconsistencies, coordinate corrective actions and strengthen data ownership.
  • Support analysis of key HR indicators such as headcount, SG&A headcount, labor cost and Budget vs Actual variances .

Stakeholder Management & Change

  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Make project scope, processes, data ownership and reporting rules clear and accessible to HR users.
  • Support the adoption of new dashboards, processes and governance routines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale HR reporting, data quality and project governance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management or a related field .
  • Proven experience in project management, HR transformation, HR controlling, workforce planning, HR analytics or HR reporting .
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements, KPIs, dashboards and actionable project plans.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, headcount, HR budgeting and labor cost .
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, testing and deployment.
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and contribute to data quality and data governance initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both business and technical teams.
  • Fluent in English and French , both written and spoken.
  • Structured, rigorous and delivery-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when working with sensitive HR information.

The following would be a plus:

  • Experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI, Workday Adaptive Planning, SuccessFactors, Excel automation or payroll data .
  • Experience in an international HR transformation or HRIS environment.
  • Project management certification or formal training.
  • Experience with change management, user training or solution adoption.
