Global Head of Solutions

About This Role

This high-visibility role involves leading the global productization of Valiantys' deep technical expertise into highly profitable, repeatable, packaged professional services offerings. The Global Head of Solutions operates across the global executive team, partnering with regional leaders to unify capabilities and scale them across global accounts and new enterprise clients. This is a builder role focused on designing the organizational structure, making hiring decisions, and setting global operational standards for the function.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and drive the execution of the global solutions roadmap
• Package existing regional projects into repeatable, fixed-scope "Solution Blueprints" to reduce delivery costs and shorten sales cycles
• Drive alignment and execution of regional solution roadmaps, ensuring new products are brought to market on time and on budget
• Function as a collaborative bridge across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing in all regions, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and escalating when commitments fall short
• Ensure every created offering meets customer expectations and addresses enterprise pain points repeatably
• Define, package, and drive revenue for AI-underpinned solutions across core enterprise domains: Software Development (injecting agentic AI frameworks into DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflows), ITSM (modernizing enterprise operations with AI-driven automation, self-service intelligence, and predictive incident management), and Portfolio & Strategy Management (elevating enterprise agility by leveraging data aggregation and predictive modeling)

Requirements

• Significant experience in professional services, technology services, or enterprise software, typically 12 or more years, with a significant portion in solutions, practice, or product leadership
• MBA or equivalent
• Demonstrated track record of designing and taking repeatable service offerings to market
• Experience driving commercial adoption of new offerings across a distributed, multi-region sales and delivery organization
• P&L fluency: owned or co-owned a book of business and can read margin, utilization, and revenue-per-offering without a finance translator
• Background in at least one of Valiantys' core domains: SDLC modernization, IT Service Management, or enterprise AI adoption
• Disciplined execution over ambiguity: translates strategy into measurable outcomes, measures success by shipped offerings and tangible revenue, and balances innovation with strategic priorities
• Commercial and business-savvy mindset: views technology through a P&L lens, with sharp commercial instinct focused on driving measurable business outcomes, gross margin improvement, and revenue velocity
• Enterprise change management experience involving adoption processes across sales, delivery, and enablement functions
• Highly organized global orchestrator: manages multiple high-stakes solution initiatives simultaneously across different enterprise client landscapes and three distinct operating regions
• Highly collaborative relationship builder: works effectively within an integrated, cross-functional team structure, respects regional nuances, and systematically elevates the global team's collective output

Important Details

• Locations: Europe or United States (Eastern time zone preferred)
• Team: Build and lead a global team of Global Practice Leaders (one per core solution domain) who will report directly to you. Each Global Practice Leader will develop a network of regional Practice Leads embedded across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
