About the role
We are looking for something of a diamond. Recruiting for a Global Lead managing Benefits Operations and Workday. This is a leadership role and while very focused and requiring expertise in both Benefits Operations AND Workday, it has a global purview with employees across 25+ countries. Based in NYC and working onsite 4 days/week with 1 day WFH.
- Base range 200-250k.
Responsibilities:
- owning the global delivery of scalable and compliant technology solutions across benefits and Leaves programs
- critical assessment of current Workday/HRIS models and processes
- managing complex global stakeholder relationships across HR, Engineering and Payroll.
Required Qualifications:
- deep proficiency and hands on experience in Benefits, Core HCM, integrations and reporting
- proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in benefits operations and HR technology in a complex, fast-paced environment
- the ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes and communicate effectively across senior leadership audiences.
- Workday Pro certification will be an advantage and you will ideally have experience working in a large (5k+) global organization.
