Role & Responsibilities

  • Report timely and accurate information in accordance with appropriate global / statutory standards.
  • Provide management with reports of monthly close analyses in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner, as appropriate and provide analysis of accounting information as required.
  • Process FA transactions in FA sub-ledger/module and make sure all required supporting materials are ready before processing.
  • Perform balance sheet review and clear accounts reconciliation, follow up open issues and take immediate actions.
  • Prepare audit PBC list, coordinate and support internal/external audit.
  • Comply with the annual auditing requirements for statutory financial reports.
  • Assist in the implementation of strict accounting standards and internal business management control procedures to achieve clear auditing results.
  • Responsible for implementing corrective action as a result of audits findings.
  • Participate in special projects as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2-3 years' experience of independent GL accountant experience; additional FA accountant experience preferred; Chinese entity service experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Chinese / US GAAP and practice.
  • Experience with ERP (e.g. QAD) and Hyperion preferred.
  • Strong sense of work responsibility & accountability.
  • Accuracy/Attention to detail.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required to support business operations and communication with stakeholders in the China region.
