What You'll Do
Work with various platforms for social security affiliation processes. Assist team specialists with frequent transactions such as onboarding or terminations. Ensure affiliations are completed effectively and on time. Audit processes to detect errors.
What We're Looking For
Undergraduate student or technician in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar administrative fields. Knowledge in human resources functions: business management and strategy, workforce planning and employment, benefits, labor relations, and risk management. Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
